Alliance of Tunisian Women Journalists

Objectives:
The Alliance of women journalists was created on March 8, 2004, on International Women's Day, by the National Union of Tunisian Women. It brings together active women media professionals and academics.
The objectives of this alliance consist in:
- Encouraging the promotion of information on women .
- Establishing a constructive partnership with women journalists from various national media in order to promote the status of women journalists.
- Consolidating the gains of Tunisian women and promoting their role in all fields
- Ensuring the exchange of experiences with women journalists from Tunisian Arab countries and other countries.
